House rules
- Keep the noise down, especially when entering/leaving and from 21:00 – 08:00. NO PARTIES!
- No more guests can stay than the ones the reservation was made for. No illegal activities nor receiving clients.
- No smoking anywhere in the building. Go downstairs and outside (or quit smoking 😉)
- No pets are allowed.

How to get here
- The exact address of the building is Puinstraat 36, Ghent which is located in the Low Emmission Zone of Ghent (LEZ)
- If you come by car, check your admittance in the LEZ
- If you come by train, go to train station Ghent Dampoort, at walking distance from P36.

Check-in
- Check-in is possible from 3 PM (15:00).
- Ring the door bell at arrival.
- We welcome you personally or let you self check-in.
- We offer each guest a welcome drink from the fridge!

- parking in our street (orange zone) costs 24EUR/day
- parking is free on Sundays and national holidays
- we have 1 garage box for rent. Reserve timely!

Kitchen & recycling
- Both apartments have coffee & tea available.
- Both kitchens have basic cooking supplies at disposal: oil, pepper, salt..
- Always make sure the fridge and freezer doors are properly closed.
- There is detergent and a sponge for doing dishes, as well as kitchen towels.
- The apartment (not the loft) has a dishwasher, with dishwasher tablets available.
- For doing laundry there are washing pods available, a drying rack, an iron and ironing board.
- Trash should be sorted in the corresponding bins.

- The apartment has a double bed and a bunk bed.
- The loft has a double bed and a sofa extractable to two single beds.
- There are additional pillows available (soft and hard): put on a pillow case when using an extra pillow!
- The bathroom has shampoo, body wash, hand wash and toilet paper to use

- There are multiple supermarkets nearby. Most are closed by 20:00.
- The nearest bakery is CoPain in the Lousbergkaai. Hawin is a (good) Turkish bakery within walking distance.
- In Lousbergmarkt you will find local products, among others fresh vegetables from de Vroente and many many cheeses from cheese maker Het Hinkelspel

Health & safety
- The apartments have smoke detectors and CO detectors. Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available, complying to fire safety rules.
- Windows have a safety to prevent falling down
- A secure front door and security camera aimed at the front door are in place to prevent burglary. Each apartment has its own pin code to enter.
- First aid kits are available in each apartment. There are four hospitals in/near Ghent in case of emergency.

Check-out
- Check-out must be completed by 11AM latest.
- Leave the key(s) you have and make sure to take all your belongings.
- Clear tables, counter tops and sort your trash in the corresponding bins.
- Do the dishes before your leave.
- Tidy up and do some rough cleaning if necessary.
- Throw used towels in the towel hamper.
- Close all windows and turn off the airco (and other devices).

Young children
- We have quality travel cots available for the youngest children to sleep in. Brand Aeromoov for the youngest, brand Qute Q-sleep for toddlers. And for older toddlers, something to prevent them from falling out of bed.
- We have also available: a high chair (brand IKEA), plastic plates/cups/spoons..
- Windows and electrical sockets are child proof.
- If you bring a stroller, you can leave it downstairs, no need to carry it all the way up. BE AWARE, there is no elevator and quite some flights of stairs.
