Check-in

Check-in from 3PM till 10PM (15:00 - 22:00)

You can check-in between this time period. If you would arrive later, please inform us beforehand. Later check-in is usually possible 'till midnight, but check this with us to be sure.

Inform us of your estimated arrival time. Give updates when delayed. 

Keeping us updated of your arrival time ensures we can offer the best check-in experience. 

At arrival

When you arrive, ring the door bell. Give it a minute, it takes a bit of time sometimes to come through. After a minute call us on our phone number. 

Usually we will open the door for you in person. Ocassionally we are both not at home to welcome you personally, in that case we will let you self check-in. 

Self check-in

For self check-in we open the front door from distance. You enter and take the stairs up to the second or third floor (skip the ground floor and the first floor, that is where we live). On the second floor you find the apartment, on the third floor you find the loft. If you rented the duplex, you have access to both floors.

To get inside the apartment or loft you need to enter a pin code on the door handle. 

We send the pin code to enter your apartment by private message.

Once inside the apartment you will find a key to the front door on the rack, next to the wifi code that you can scan. Close to it you will find also the remote control for the airco/heating. 

Welcome!

You might have had a long travel to get here, so after unloading your luggage, we welcome you to a refreshing drink from the fridge, on the house. (one drink per guest, whichever kind you like).
