Keep the noise down

You will stay in a private, family house in a quiet residential area, so please respect it as such:

• keep the noise down, especially when entering/leaving and from 21:00 – 08:00.
• no (loud) parties, keep those for the discotheque 😉

Normal use of the accommodation

For safety and insurance reasons only the guests for which the reservation was made can enter the building, this means a.o.:

• no additional guests can stay over, unless we were notified timely ánd we approved it (but never exceeding the maximum capacity of the apartment). An additional cost will apply.
• the apartment cannot be used to receive clients for work appointments.
• the apartment cannot be used for illegal activities.
• always check with us if you have questions or doubts.

We should know at all time how many people are in the building in case of emergency.

No smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside the building. Also not with a window open, you will have to go downstairs and outside

Don't throw cigarette butts on the pavement or public road. We can provide an ash tray upon request. 

No pets allowed

The apartments are not convenient for pets, and have no facilities for pets. Don't bring them to P36, please find other accommodations if you travel with pets.
