Excelent apartment: modern style, fresh. Mostly in white and black colors with natural wood. Beautiful bathroom with Villeroy&Bosch plumbing. Attentive and responsitive hosts. 10-15 minutes walk from the center. 5-7 minutes from the train station to reach Brugge, Antwerp, Brussels etc.

Wonderful experience at P36 in Ghent. Nothing was too much for the hosts who were always available and very quick to answer all the enquiries. As a family, we especially liked how family friendly the flat was. Not only it had the cot, high chair and baby plates but the hosts also provided toys for our kids. Everything else was great too - from a perfect shower to very comfortable beds. Location was also great with only a short walk to the main sights and plenty of amenities around. Finally, the cherry on top was how aesthetically pleasing the flat was. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We went to have a bachelorette party and the location of the apartment seemed very good, close to the center but in a very quiet area. The apartment is very clean and comes with everything you need to make your stay there perfect. If I go back there, I won't hesitate to choose this apartment again for my stay.

Kit and Stan were amazing when it came to looking after us. They were so accommodating and stayed around late just to help us check in when our flight and coach were delayed. They were great at keeping in touch and helping us with instructions and recommendations. A lovely and friendly place to stay.

Location close to the center ,quiet neighborhood. Friendly host. Very clean apartment. Bathroom new and enough space .We had a very nice time in Ghent!

All great! Hosts have been very helpful at all times. They even came to our arrival to pick up our bags at the bus stop late at night. A taste of Belgian beers and welcome coffee pods, which is appreciated. Everything is very clean.

The accommodation was perfect for a holiday in Ghent. The location was quiet and yet you are in the city in 10 minutes on foot. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos and is super clean. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there was salt, vinegar and oil. The separation of waste is thought out. The bathroom is very nice and there are good toiletries. We also had booked the garage in the courtyard and found that very convenient. The landlady was very nice and easy to reach. We would come back immediately if we visit Ghent.

We loved our stay at Kit Teng’s place. The apartment was spotless and the floor to ceiling windows allowed in plenty of light. The space is set up to be highly functional and comfortable. While one may need to walk a short while to the city center, the apartment, located in a quiet residential area was extremely quiet.

This is a great place to stay, I'd recommend it to anyone! Extremely walkable to anywhere in town (15-20 mins max for most of the sights), very clean and quiet. Stay here when you're in Ghent!

Very friendly hosts, perfect accommodation in every respect, the city centre only a ten minute walk away and an extremely quiet environment. We couldn't have wished for a better place for a 3 day break during the Christmas period.

Beautiful apartment. Very nicely decorated, warm comfortable with everything you need to cook a meal and relax. Host was very welcoming and helpful. We wish we were able to stay longer and will certainly return when coming back to Gent. Great location with only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Gent. Gent Dampoort Train station only 5 minute walk. supermarket close by and a great bakery a couple of minute walk away.

The penthouse was very cozy and had everything you need. The beautiful decor makes you feel at home. The perfect location near Daamport station to see Belgium and 10 min from downtown. And the host Stan was incredible, very attentive to all our needs, at all times he was willing to offer us facilities on supermarkets, train schedules and left us a complimentary drink, coffee and tea... definitely recommended. If I went back to Ghent I would not hesitate to book again. A 10/10 experience.

The reception was personal and went very smoothly. Every contact with the host was very pleasant (check-in, luggage storage on the last day, questions via chat...). The penthouse was super functional (well-equipped kitchen, pleasant sofa bed), very clean and cozy. The skylights provided a lot of light, ventilation (if we wanted to spare the air conditioning) and good eclipse. At night we never had any noise. Access by public transport was a big plus.

We had a top weekend in Ghent in the flat. Looks all super new and very clean!
